Q4 on March 10

Supply chain difficulties have obviously gotten a lot worse since Q4 so the outlook might not be that positive .
That probably explains the share price decline..

True but analysts will be eagerly awaiting the intangibles, strategy guidance and value of the remaining parts.

Much as I expected , with supply and delivery problems negatively affecting Q4 with reduced margins and earnings. These problems have obviously worsened since then so the outlook has deteriorated even further since Q4 resulting in little if any definitive guidance . Dissapointing but not entirely unexpected given the turmoil in the world..

Adjusted EBITDA was just under $20m. Consensus was $24m. Consensus EBITDA for Q1 and Q2 is about $20m. Noboby expects this company to perform well until the second half. There's a reason it trades at 3.5x EV/EBITDA... ...once we see the company hit its stride...it'll rock. Not quite there yet.
