In my humble opinion, the only new fact is a response to Lekto Brosseau (they call them "some shareholders" but its pretty clear they talk about them). Nothing changes for me, I put it in the mail tomorow.

Although it was a bit difficult to vote no on the phone, I'm getting the feeling one side or the other is not listening  very well.  I gather we are pretty close to either them raising their offer to $18, or withdrawling it, but this exercise seems to be going in the wrong direction. The stock was $15.50 when they made their $14.50 offer, and all we heard from them was that freight ...more

They were hoping for a market correction!  This deal is slipping further and further away.  I have concerns they are trying to eliminate the validity of certain no votes.  They have changed the criteria of how to vote.

Not to mention the djia Is up 16% from Nov. 2nd!  That means just based on market fluctuations we should be at $17 the they need to pay a 20%.  I think $20/share gets the job done.  $17 they probably still don't have the votes.

As usual, my voting material has yet to arrive. Can't wait to vot AGAINST this proposal. Honestly, even with $20 I would vote AGAINST. All their businesses are set to boom for the foreseeable future and management KNOWS this, that is why they want your shares...cheap. The market price is almost $15.50, these guys are sending out circullar and offering $14.50. How stupid is this and who in ...more
