Increase Dream Industrial REIT (DIR.UN) to a 4.5% Weighting
Trade Rationale – Dream Industrial has seen a slight pullback over the past few months as Dream Office REIT (D.UN) announced an agreement to sell 12.5M units of DIR.UN at a price of $14.20. DIR.UN is slightly below that price today, and for a fundamentally strong REIT which pays a 5.0% yield, and has strong long-term prospects, we feel comfortable adding to the name on its recent weakness.
