RE:RE:RE:Cormark in actionHow could they use the overallotment of 2M shares for market stabilization? Other selling them or using them to cover a short, neither of which is good for the share price I don't understand how they would be used in a manner that would be positive influence on the share price.

Main reason they bought to resell to other brokers or large customers and of course they wouldn't want us to dump and bring price down. 

I don't think there is any issues for Cormark because they initiated a request to get 10M $ of extra shares. Pretty sure they don't want price to drop below $2,80 for now. Thye are probably getting a commission 2-4% to sell them.
