RE:RE:RE:Future of DIVNot gone, but will almost for sure fade away to nothing over a period of time.  It has become a card fewer and fewer retailers take and I'd estimate of the 10,000,000 who still techically hold the card, only a small fraction still use them. I think the royalties earned and owed presently may not get paid to DIV and it will up to BMO to sort out what they are responsible for.  But not before the sisp is complete, which could take 6 months.
Revenues being gone is one thing, but don't they still have debt on the books related to this transaction?  The writedowns would not be .
Bottom line BMO can't use the trademarks without paying DIV, but for how much is the question.  Then again if Loyalty Ventures still needs to keep it alive there is no way they can continue to preserve it (keep it active) for BMO if they aren't paying their dues imo
