RE:Any compensation?

RE:Any compensation?I believe it remains in force and is not subject to Loyalty Venture's issues.  DIV owns the trademarks for use of the Air Miles name, logo etc in Canada.  Even in bankruptcy Loyalty Ventures will have choice but to continue to keep making payments as to preserve use of the trademark if they are still deriving income from it, which they are.  Otherwise it would indeed be worthless and BMO would have no interest in buying it.  Once the sale is complete, BMO will assume the royalty payments.  To be clear DIV owns the Air Miles trademarks and Loyalty Venture's situation doesn't change this.  The agreement will remain in force until the sale, and then after the sale imo.  Might the terms get renegotiated at some point after the sale to BMO?  Possibly, but given Sean Morrison's track record, the terms may get even better, not worse.  My opinion, so take it for what it's worth.
