BarBurrito is a quick-service Mexican restaurant chain.

Babe, I think it needs a little fine tuning but it is well done in general & seems like a worthwhile effort. Perhaps a grammar & spell checker on Word might find a couple things. For example the first line could read "I found your article entitled "xxxx" rather disturbing." I have written letters in situations like this before, they like to see them short & to the point.
