So just to add a bit here that I think perhaps might be overlooked, first of all these companies ARE cash machines, recurring revenue from the same customers who many times have alot of money and image is everything with regards to their buildings etc. So clean is important, see the folks at the motels, schools and hospitals etc. With their little carts? Without them things would be disgusting, they are a huge deal and important but basically go unnoticed which is the whole plan, next let's take a look at the whole plandemic thing, so were their numbers inflated during this time??? I think no they weren't, in fact empty buildings would require less visits and cleaning. Once returning to a more normal environment (whatever the fvck that is anymore) expenses and such would definitely rise but likely be offset by higher charges just like absolutely everything around us. I think at the end of the day this will be a good royalty for DIV, also potentially very good growth especially now when cleanliness is more important than it even was before

Buildings were only empty for a very short period and even what were considered empty buildings were never 100% deserted and required increased cleaning. I was in such a building in Ottawa during a period when a top tech company had everyone working from home at the height of the hysteria during the pandemic. I've never seen such money spent on cleaning a 5 story office building in my life ...more
