What is driving the stock price up and up?

Not that I am complaining :)  But what is it?

i don't know, my fear is always that i have been waiting a long time and am sold out before the big climb. I have recently doubled and so only have 1/2 my portfolio.  Many times i am saved and offerred an opportunity back in the market.  Other times not.  This time doubly sucks as just after my sale i sold the rest of my position setting a limit "buy" order at 60 cents ...more

I think you can chill. When the prices start to move the real event starts. This is just a surprise bonus. I think you have to look at how hyped up various sectors in the market already are because of the easy money. I see this as a sign that the coming rally might exceed our expectations a lot. Remember Tesla has a P/E at 1300 or something. This time we wont just get these old fat white guys ...more

Now this is some good analogy.. this is just a pilot episode of uranium.. a introduction of it going ahead of itself.. but soon fundamental an true Market  sediment will kick in..  an it's not just the old fat guys from 2007 rally that will want in.. it's the weed speculators an bitcoin parties that want to grab the action here as this could be the mother of all profits

masurra..What is your  top target price for this stock longterm ? And I mean 3-5 years ? i bought 20K shgares at 0.48 and I know I am not going to ever lose on this one . But i am willing to wait  and cash in hopefully at a point when this stock reaches again its previous levels of  $ 5 -6 or more hopefully. I am a big believer in Uranium as the future of reliable electricity to ...more

I have no such long-term price goal. My only long-term plan is stay through the price crunch up above 60 and a bit more if I don't see a large market crash in my imaginay crystal ball. I strongly doubt I will have uranium stocks longer than 1-2 more years. This is a sector with a unique downward risk. If you haven't done it, go back to 2011 and watch what happened with the stocks after ...more

The stock was at $4.00 pre Fukushima. How ever you count the number of times Denison put out flo through shares and added them up you would not be very far off that number today!  Denison shares have been watered down considerably! It will be a long difficult climbto $4.00 again!

At the time of fukushima I believe the stock was at just under $2 and uranium was more than twice the value it is now. $4 may be a stretch but there's still considerable room for growth.

If U spot rises substantially and DML looks to have a path forward to low cost production I don't think 4.00 is a stretch at all.
Comment by MightyMorf on Jan 11, 2021 2:16pm
agree in 2008-2009 DML was over $16.    Chart is posted on Quakes Twitter feed. https://mobile.twitter.com/quakes99
