Can't find any insider selling recently except for the former Garden Variety owner. They had 20 million shares sold over 12 million last week and is probably selling off the last 7+ million this ...more

That was the recommendation by the committee but no pre budget news mentions the reduction of excise tax on cannabis. There was news on beer tax not going up I believe,  in D9 financials, excise ...more

They were a '3 - 10% Security Holder of Issuer'.  Total Shares outst. is 229 M so 3% of229M is 6.8M.   So they still have more than 3% unless the calculation uses fully ...more

Thanks gnote1!  I guess they had to report the sale because, with 17M shares they had owned, they were considered an insider required to report and sales .  Now with owning only 5M shares ...more
