It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

The advanced trading notice gives a control person the ability to trade over a 30 day window. More likely they feel there is material positive news coming in connection with the financials and are looking to position themselves to be able to trade once the news is out. It is also not a requirement for them to trade some or all of the shares in the advanced notice, simply gives them the option.
