If you look at the Sedi fillings... Johns ownership has increased from 17,550,000 shares to 17,950,000 shares since the company went public plus 48,750 warrants and 459,000 options as of today. Bills ownership has increased from 18,450,000 shares to 18,735,000 shares since the company went public plus 30,000 warrants and 459,000 options as of today. Also, as control persons they cannot trade without filing an advanced warning, it seems like they have in the past filed advanced warnings to trade and have not traded so they may just positioning to have the option to trade in the next 30 days... my 2 cents
