Oh geez dude.  Stick to more nebulous areas to cast doubt on.  Accounting rules do not offer any "fudging" like you suggest with the word "manipulating".  

You also confuse the use of many accounting terms.   But save it for the Judge.  Your intent was to suggest something nefarious. 

You will need to "Up" your game qute a bit here, dude...or consider moving on to a more gullible pastures.
