RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider transactions by johnI would think that the filing on the NCIB would be behind by a quarter, like how BRK.B discloses how many buybacks they do a quarter....not in real time.
Buybacks is the company buying( and cancelling) stock. Insider buys are John himself buying stock to increase his ownership (NOT cancelled).
I'm also fairly certain that he must disclose his purchase well beforehand, and the price at the time is just what he pays....
If someone knows different (or more) please add yo facts.
