I changed my vote for John and the rest of the BoD, to withheld.
I know it won't make a lick of difference when all the votes are tallied, but that's not the point.
I generally like what the team have been doing, but this Overnight Marketed Public offering along with the 5 million Dollar loan from a stock owner several weeks ago raises some questions. They need to come clean with what's going on, as much as they legally can.
