Some arre leaving with a lose on this ticker..as for me and most , we are very upset with this move the company did...John needs to get an interview and explain this move..
Now we have even more shares in the pot and I get the feeling they will do a reverse slit later and us old investors get it bad..just my feeling..I hope I am wrong. I don't understand with revenu going up in the next few Q's to finish at around 100million by years end ...the stock is evaluated at less than 25million.

Thankfully there is still time to make your voice heard for the voting at the ASM.  I changed my vote for John and the rest of the BoD, to withheld.  I know it won't make a lick of difference when all the votes are tallied, but that's not the point. I generally like what the team have been doing, but this Overnight Marketed Public offering along with the 5 million Dollar loan

I agree and the 5 million, i forgot about that..what the hell are they doing with all this money..I hope they are not pocketing for themselves...I hope everything is legal and working on surprising us with some big news  soon.

Yes there was the 5 million from a private shareholder and now the 2 million dollars.  Is the money being used for day to day expenses and to meet payroll or is it being used for growth and aquisitions?    The private shareholder is receiving a nice premium in interest rates and must have some inside knowledge to give confidence to provide the $5 million loan.   We need
