Just curious, as I'm not a big believer in technical analysis (I know... if enough people believe it, it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy...), but does D9 having such a low volume reduce the value in your model? Low volume definitely makes accurate technical analysis and forecasting more difficult. In our case, any investor that has $10,000 worth of Delta 9 and wants to sell for something else could easily cause a dip of several cents and then it could baloon from there.  The fact that we lost 25% after good news is proof that this stock can be easily manipulated.
