You can't just list yourself on U.S. markets, you have to apply, pay a fee and maintain certain minimum standards (at a base level). I suggest you look these up so you understand why it won't happen anytime soon. Further, you can list anywhere you want, if nobody knows who you are, people won't buy the shares. You have a very simplified view of the world if you believe you can just list on U.S. markets and raise millions of dollars.
