I've been thinking that all the volume over the last few trading days could be the ATM Delta 9 announced in October.
they announced shares to be sold on the open market for up to $5 million. That's a boat load of shares at .025c
They might need the cash flow to keep the lights on!
sounds pessimistic but realistic with the debt they carry! Hope I'm wrong and there is something positive coming.
