Revenues might look good on paper but they are pi$$ing off the entire real estate world, and the guoging is not sustainable. Alternate conveyance solutions are availabale and when clients leave D&D the relationship is toast, this will not end well for D&D in my opinion. With D&D you aren't investing in the future of software, you are inventing in unsustainable hyper growth as they look like the Shrkeli of the legal software world.

Forgot to attach the globe article discussing the concerns of this D&D disruption. The extreme fee increases are passed onto the homeowners or purchasers. A non issue. The cost is passed to client who has no idea it increased. And after paying a real estate agent 5% on a million bucks or more the dnd fee is Insignificant. It means nothing . software is very sticky .
