Even if its stock based compensation....whether you look at the financial performance OR stock price performance....How does the board justifies a payout that large?...anyone have details of his pay package...should be available somewhere to shareholders.

It is also interesting to note that he does not own a single common share in the company. That means all the shares from the exercise of options were sold.

Thats not accurate....he owns shares through a holdco called Plantro based out of Barbados

You are right. Ink Research did not include his holdings in Plantro as an indirect ownership.

what do the next closest management like VPs get? $95M or more less than CEO? can't make for a positive work environment.
