AvoidThese clowns took over my dentist`s office offering them big bucks to sell. They then turn around and promptly raise the price of a basic 6 month cleaning/checkup by 35% citing Covid. So the business model is load up debt and overpay for dental practices then turn around and raise prices by xx% and try to recover the purchase price. Sounds like Valeant to me..Will make a goood short soon..
