What is it that you feel that management did wrong?  The director left as L Catterton position in DNTL fell below the 40% threshold (now 39.2%) that allowed them to nominate 3 directors.  This now become 2. I appreciate your take but the markets don't like this company. Especially after their disasterous attempt to increase the sp by claiming there was interest in a take over.  The market doesn't so easily forget or trust Dental after that boner.
