RE:so the gang that couldn't shoot straightWhat is it that you feel that management did wrong?  The director left as L Catterton position in DNTL fell below the 40% threshold (now 39.2%) that allowed them to nominate 3 directors.  This now become 2.

RBC reports 'Mr. Mosher has more than 20 years of experience in the dental and medical technology industries'.

Nothing looks wrong to me.  The Company is executing as per plan and I think the outlook is a good as it has ever been, given declining multiples paid in the industry.  Having experienced M&A talent on board is good for shareholders should conditions improve in capital markets (interest rates and availability of capital).
