Thank you for sharing your analysis , always good to read other's opinons as we can all learn something or the other from it.

You are right about equity verses Non controlling interest $ amount differences but even though equity has shrunk would it not be in the best interest of the NCI to ensure they keep getting their payout consistently ? the NCI are the doctors who share ownership with DR I assume ?

How is the payout calculated for NCI verses what we get for dividends ? Do you or anyone else on this BB know ?

One thing I will totally agree with you on is management & BOD compensation verses shareholder compensation , the problem with being small time retail investors like us ( I assume you are retail investor ) is the number shares we hold out of total outstanding shares means nothing to management so they are able to get away with paying whatever salaries / compensation they see fit ( oil and gas companies were the worst culprits of this when oil was +$90 / barrel WTI , ofcourse once oil crashed these companies either went bankrupt / cut dividends first before ever reducing G & A expenses )

DR is not the only one guilty of the above , if you know of another company paying a 8% dividend with a total payout ratio under 100% please I beg of you to share that company name with us
