down by 50% over 8 months

This is an outlier.

*** was the concept a bad one for investors from day ONE?
*** did management screw up in execution?
*** did management scoop up to much in fees for the IPO and launch?

Dream Impact is also sluggish but some REIT comanies are doing 
fine within their segments.

Lots of reason for 50% haircut: - overpriced IPO ( they started promote in range  13-16$ and finished with   below IPO first day of trading) - external managment this company with conflict of interest  - bad track of performance all Dream ( and before Dundee) real estate company - tax implication( all distributions come from US resource)
