Future

FutureI do not own any shares but I am watching this one closely. ADF Group is in full hiring mode right now but acknowledging that companies in Quebec are competing to get the skills people they are looking for, even if well paid. My only concern is will they be able to deliver these projects on time due to recruiting problems? It is a hell of a (nice) projected increase in sales over the last two years and you need to train these newly hired people, very quickly, while meeting all your quality standards. It's not like the employees that were there in 2002 when they had 200 million sales are still there to pick up the slack. They need to deliver, in all ways they can. Hopefully my concern will disappear soon..... Cheers
