ANON the big seller of DS the past month.

However outside of those anonymous sellers, there is really not much being dumped. I was on the buy today.  Altho DS may drop as well in the next big selloff on interest rates being hiked, i like that it pays 10% no matter what based on the share price. Much the same as BK, except there are no preferreds to pay.  BK paying a very big distribution if you include commons and preferreds. That is fine when the markets are going up, but hard to sustain in a down market. I am still leaning towards another 10% correction in the next few months. Been a very long bull market, and what goes up must come down. 
Can bring myself to buy into the likes of DGS, FFN, DF  etc, altho the volatility is great for traders if one can guess the direction properly.

LOL I forgot to add most of the volume today is on the ATS , those exchanges outside of the TSE. only 9.3 K showing as traded on my TD webbroker , but Stockwatch showing 36K. Commendable!  ..only hope one day, I have this as figured out as you , Ed, POS. deisman and a few Others do! Meanwhile, trying to stay nimble and not get " caught-out "!..... ha, ha, ha!

Hard to figure the ANON seller out... as today the NAV for DS has risen about 10 cents by my spreadsheet, yet has knocked the price down 6 cents. Apparently some are selling to buy the riskier, ( but higher dist. paying splits , if and when they get back to it) DF is up over 6% today? That is really looking thru rose-colored glasses.

seems there are a couple of Posters discounting the impact of an oncoming Recession...hope they are right on that. THe fact they are picking up some cheapies with no Div presently, for a future low ACB with potential Cap Gain...just tells me they are better-hung than I. Have to admire the optimism!

Even if they are right, i will get a dist this month, and they wont, and next month i can  buy the bargains  if they are around.... DS will also get some upside buying if the mrkets  continue northward. So far this am basically ALL the buying has been thru the ATS from Canaccord. TD shows no volume basically. Shows how poor the volume reporting actually is on the banks trading

You certainly have a bravado and will seize a nice Davy....  I enhanced an Oiler I have, to get a Divy in JUly.  Studied SBC, and GDV, as " pssibles" but there was something about lack of commentary , that threw me off... Brompton Offerings seem not well-covered...don't know why!?..is it the way they do the last 3-day averaging differently than Quadravest? I'd read that
