Eric Sprott was reiterating his fundamental and very simple thesis on silver today - unprecedented balance sheet expansion by central bankers has inflated and is inflating asset values in nominal dollars. By historic standards, if people rotate into PM's in even small numbers the tiny capitalization of the market will cause major price rises.
Major price rises of the metals mean multiple marginal profit rises for the miners. Silver may also appreciate relative to gold. Yada yada but we ain't seen nothing yet and these price movements today are trivial compared to the potential. The run in silver hasn't been reflected fully in the miners yet ...
As in relax, buy dips, they are a gift. Play a longer months and years game. PMs will survive an equity crash as a refuge.
