Compare DSV to NXE; Why is NXE valued 6x higher?

Compare DSV to NXE; Why is NXE valued 6x higher?
  • I compare the two because both are going to develop the next mines in their sectors so that makes them very comparable.
  • Nexgen Market Cap = ~$3 billion CAD.
  • DSV.V market Cap $1/2 Billion CAD.
  • At $50 lb Arrow is worth ~$16 billion USD (ore in the ground).
  • DSV @ $21 spot = ~$21 billion (ore in the ground).
  • Arrow is priced at 6x DSV when DSV has better economics.
  • Also DSV keep on hitting monster holes not yet included in the resource.
  • Uranium sector overvalued or DSV under-valued?

Anyways IMO their is a lot of value here in DSV.
