When the market realizes the FED is absolutely trapped and cannot raise rates any further without imploding the economy the PMs will take off big. I think we are getting very close to that point. Gold is sensing that now as it approaches $2000/oz. Once it breaks that and holds above that level imho silver is going to play catch up big imho. Then the juniors will follow. Geopolitical events may accelerate that very suddenly as well. WAR coming in the middle east. Its only a matter of time now imho.
BE Patient and accumulate is my best advice. The Fed cannot keep rates elevated for long. Its just mathematically impossible as high rates will cause the gov't finances to crater big. Think about how much interest the US gov is paying in borrowing costs now. The Congressional budget admin. projects US interest rate costs at close to 1T dollars next year at current interest rates. Sustainable? NO WAY in HELL. The FED will be forced to lower rates regardless of inflation guaranteed. That is if they want to keep the gov going and if politcians want to get reelected LOL! They will lower rates and probably sooner than they are telling us imho. When that happens watch what happens to the PMs and the juniors!.
