This has been impacting our share price and investment

I've been wondering why our share price has been so compromised lately , but now I understand why ..       Mexican mining sector balks at plan to ban open-pit mines (link is external)

That was a proposal that was made last year but there has been no official ban on open pit mines.  Imho it won't pass as Mexico would be shooting themselves in the foot if they did such a stupid thing and its unlikely to pass as the article points out as they need 2/3 majority of Congress to pass it.  2.5% of Mexico's GDP derives from mining as the article points out.  Major ...more

I do agree with you 100%  I only hope that it won't slow or delay our permit process  I look to May as the timing  for the FED to begin to talk about reversing it's stance on rates > shifting the momentum  in sentiment to the gold and silver arena ( other geo-political factors may also dictate / alter a positive upside to sentiment )  > yes  a little ...more
