We haven't watched the same interview. From what I've seen, he's anything but worried. Quite the opposite, actually.

I didn't say worried. I said unhappy look at his face at end of the interview. I'd be unhappy too with the Mexican govt shuffling in new mining regulations at a reduced session last year. Then the president formally ( since they haven't approved any anyhow) announcing a ban to new open pit mining applications.
