$31.6 close in China. if $3 differential maintained as it has been, we should go over 28$ today! Just over 2 weeks ago I said this would happen. The reason why? When you have the public in China buying pm's WITH the gov't endorsing and supporting it.... its game over for the pricing mechanism in the west. Instead of bullion banks you have billion people setting the price.
