It all sounds odd and mysterious and there is no good reason for it that I can imagine. The India Certification was reported as being performed by a related entity to the ABE Certifier. One might have inferred from that, that the ABE Cert'n was imminent. One might optimistically infer that this gathering is a big celebratory send-off following ABE Cert'n. But, while that would be great, again, they should just play it straight.
