RE:Is this a real company or a Ponzi Scam

RE:Is this a real company or a Ponzi ScamThe "Story" has been pretty much the same for about 16 years.
Exciting concept and theory but complete inability to build and sell the product.
Fault/Failure likely lays in many areas but in at least the last 5 or 6 years it seems pretty clear that the management team , particularly -CEO Jim Payne has zero no credibility.
Certainly he has none with ordinary shareholders and I anticipate he is generally seen the same way by genuine business professionals.

The only thing that continues to dumbfound me is:
How does he entice some large investors such as Eric Sprott and others to  buy into the company?
Leaves me wondering what backroom deals may exist ?
