I read https://technologymarketwatch.com/dya.htm all valid points to enter long. 2 directors leaving not addressed as nothing is public about it, however the current board has been aggressive in cutting divergent opinions that are not focused on "their plan" to make this happen timely and without more dilution, they did it with Maier in December. These two directors came on not knowing the business, it was clearly not in their CVs, differing opinion -- cut them, no big deal. Does not serve management or board to be complainers about falling-out. Cut and move on. Creates a buy op. unfortunate they came and went, but the current team is focused, running a lean enough operation, good to see things are back on track.
