Can anyone provide the history

Of this Paul Bearance guy and his failed lawsuit from 2013 against the company? I'm interested to know both sides and what his deal is. He obviously has a grudge against the company but is there any substance to this?

A) try google 2) why would anyone post something litigious on a public forum? iii) I thought the company filed lawsuit against him, not the other way around. I'd be p!ssed at anyone that filed a lawsuit against me.
