My, Oh My, Oh My........

So Mr. Maier resigned last night. This is getting more intriguing by the day. What could he have possibly done to not only get the axe but resign from the BOD as well?

If I understand the SEDI report , Mr. Maier has close to 3 million shares, warrants and options. 

It will be interesting to see if there was a walk away financial settlement and more importantly if it gets reported separately or just buried in the rest of the operating expenses.

If there was a settlement...... you can bet that Mr. Maier's continued silence was part of it. 

You can also bet that Payne will do his level best to blame the last 3 or 4 years of brutal results on his COO....... 

And of course re invent himself and the company in the process.....
