Bachman  from Enterprise now  sits on Hyduke board.    Pinsent  came over from Hyduke Board last year.2   Board Members  now on both firms.      Hyduke  then  puts    another vulture  fund manager on its Board too  and tosses out two long term cronies.  Both of these companies are preaching expansion,    new markets etc.  Would not be surprised to see a merger of these  two frims  in the next 12  months.
