WowCan someone please help me out. When was the last time Enterprise had a press release consistent with their corporate objectives...acquire businesses and become Western Canada's largest renter of specialized equipment. The last aquisition was Westar in Oct 2014, a mere 5.5 years. Westar is strategically located to access work on the LNG project as well as the Site C dam. Wouldn't it be amazing for shareholders if Enterprises management actually communicated how much the company has benefited from these mega projects? Perhaps the reality is Enterprise was not successful securing long term luctartive contracts for their aging rental equipment.
Management still states their specialized equipment is worth far more than the market cap of $10M. This claim has been made quarterly for many years. Facts are if the asset utilization was greater a stronger share price would be supported. The low share price is a vote of non confidence agaisnst Enterprises senior management and masterminds exection of their corporate strategy not the companies assets.
