The 5m he purchased by 2017 September was only filed on sedi 2020-12-09. Unless, it has been disclosed as a friend, the Enterprise management wouldn't have learned about it. If he was encouraged to invest into their company through some personal relationships, it would be a different story. However, he is really patient to have hang onto the stock for this long. It is hard to tell his average cost, because potentially, it could be expensive.
