Trying to read the mind of the Nilsson

Trying to read the mind of the Nilsson
What has motivated him to invest into Enterprise Group? The location being so close? The possibility of making a fortune by turning a wrecked ship around? The boom of the oil industry? His contacts in the big oil giants? Once he reaches 19.99% of ownership, he may be able topple the current board, because even though the AGM gives over 90% approval of the current board, the percentage of stock shares casted is low, around 40%. Most other shareholders are unhappy and since the Canadian withhold voting has no power to do anything, they simply don't vote. Another choice is to take it private. Stuckinsand, do you see leaving the current management is a viable choice base on their track record?
