You really believe 2021 isn't important? I suppose their loss for 2021 isn't important if you look at the accumulated losses of $53 million on their balance sheet. There's a pretty obvious 15-year trend line.

I don't think a sophisticated investor would seriously consider an investment in Enterprise given its consistently dismal financial performance and management entrenchment. Look at management compensation. Look at the interest rate Enterprise is forced to pay on its borrowings (10%). Look at its history of buying assets only to later resell them at a loss.

I wish you successfull profits in trading this stock. I wouldn't fall in love with it believing it's a good long-term hold.

Management owns 33% of the company and have been milking from it, with hefty salaries, that being a historical fact. Do you think that they want the company to turnaround? It depends on how much is offered to get rid of them. Probably, the other investors have a much lower price tag for getting rid of them. If you were right, the management should know that they can only get so much from this cow before milking it to death and accept a graceful exit, unless they are in the LA LA land of believing in how wonderful a job they have done with the company. Of course if they were actually doing an OK job in the last down turn to keep this puppy alive, it would be a different story, but I believe most other investors think similarly as you. I believe this company is ripe for a buyout, because of its assets.
