RE:RE:RE:RE:INSIDERS already own....wait for it....a whopping 69% The time to do a stop loss is exactly when the RSI is like 60 and the price is $4 but some investors worry about being stopped out because of the thin trading...remember Nortel when it was $100 and people did not put a stop loss on it at $92 and just started to believe it could only go up just like you thought $4 was a great price and it can only go up because of growth.....

Its never OK to lose 70%...even a small investment of $10000...thats still $7000...burnt to smoke!

Insiders haven't lost because they havent sold...as a matter of fact they were buying at much higher prices $2.25 or so and they have all kinds of cheap cheap initial holding and options

Going private is just one option...it just means that the majority ownership could make a grouping and offer the shareholders of the company a buyout at what they feel would be acceptable to shareholders to tender their shares....usually based on 12 month average price with premium...my guess would be $3.25 sweetened to $3.75
