Bought more today
I bought a bunch more today at $2.35. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something but share price is now roughly 25% below what Skyline paid for a chunk of their shares. It's also roughly 10% below what Steven Hudson paid when he bought 200,000 shares on the open market. But share price keeps falling. What gives?

If people with much greater industry knowledge are buying , it might be smart to average a little...... but maybe by waiting I can average down more?

i'm holding but not adding. Hudson and crew have made me some good money in the past so i'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Skyline has done their due diligence and knows what they are getting. ECN will get taken out at some point, whether that's at lower prices or higher prices who knows

Hudson purchased 250,000 shares today. That's 450,000 shares purchased by Hudson in just 5 weeks. That's roughly $1.1M dollars of his own money. I'm following Hudson's lead and have been purchasing as well at these levels.

volume today is low. Doesn't look like anybody is desperate to bid the price up. Hudson can't move the needle all on his own :)

Hudson reported purchasing another 250,000 shares. That's 700,000 shares he has purchased on the open market at a total cost of $1.72M. Those are breathtaking numbers.

That said the market is poo poo right now and the Fed threatening to raise rates higher for longer is causing a bit of a pulback on almost everything. Personally i've never been much of a fixed income guy but i've locked in some 6% FI lately. So in the context of all this going on ECN has it's work cut out for it to garner invester attention
