I just doubled my preferred share holdings at a price of $25.55. My thinking is if the closing occurs mid-February I will have made around $0.75 in dividends and 45 cents capital gain. That works out ...more

Doubtful! Maybe if the vote fails .... from their perspective .... they might decide to go the SIB route with a higher offer. But that is pure speculation!
