Having invested in several PM companies with mine startups over the last dozen years, I've learned that that it is normal and expected to encounter unanticipated issues. What is important to me is not if these issues should arise, but rather how effectively mgt. deals with and corrects the difficulty. In this regard IMO Endeavour has shown consistent competency.
