Japan experience
I have trouble understanding the results from Japan. I have read that 30,000 patients have been treated in Japan since 1994 and have qualified under their health care payment system.
If a country the size of Japan has been able to treat only this amount of patients over this time period given the sucessful results, how can we assume 175,000 patients per year in the US going forward? Also, are they currently finding eneough patients to enroll in the ongoing trials?
