Cost of a Toray cartridge?

I believe that there was a comment way back when, that a PMX cartridge cost about $8000. I thought that was high but what do I know about cost of medical treatments. The company's webiste states a treatment is $20K. Is that each cartridge used? So if they are going to use 2, then $40K OR does the treatment include 2 as the standard they are using in the trial?
